On the menu
A typical menu includes prawns and authentic Fijian dishes such as traditional lovo chicken, beef curry and rice, sautéed local vegetables, kokoda (fish marinated in rich coconut cream) and local wild fern salad — followed by a tropical dessert. The chefs can cater for most diets and food allergies with plenty of notice before the cruise.
The Mamanuca Islands
A volcanic archipelago west of Nadi of around 20 palm-fringed islands, home to some of Fiji's best-known resorts. Crystal-clear water, coral reefs and white sand beaches make the perfect backdrop for an evening on the water.

The cruise can be booked open-dated, and there's no charge for changing the date up to 12 hours before — so you can choose when you'd like to go.
