Book NowInsurance ExcessFJ$5,000
The standard insurance excess is FJ$5,000. This can be reduced to FJ$2,500 by purchasing the reduced-excess option at FJ$25 per day.
- Coverage includes: Accident, Theft, and Towing.
- In the event of an incident, the customer is responsible for the applicable FJ$2,500 reduced excess (where the option was purchased).
- Customers may seek reimbursement through their own insurance provider or travel insurance, subject to their policy terms.
- Documents that may be required by your insurer: Fiji Police Report, PVV Rentals Rental Agreement, and relevant incident documentation.
- Please note: Fiji does not offer zero-excess insurance policies under this rental arrangement.
Car Wash & Cleaning FeeFJ$25
A FJ$25 cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle is returned with stains or excessive interior dirt.
- Applies to stains on seats, floor/carpet, and interior surfaces.
- The fee helps ensure vehicles are maintained in a clean and presentable condition for all customers.
- Additional charges may apply where cleaning is required beyond normal rental use.
Refundable Security BondFJ$500
A FJ$500 refundable security bond is compulsory at the time of vehicle hire, taken as a pre-authorisation hold on your credit card.
- The bond will be released following the safe return of the vehicle, provided there are no applicable damage, excess, cleaning, missing fuel, or other outstanding charges.
- The pre-authorisation release is normally processed after the vehicle is returned.
- Please allow approximately 5–7 working days for the released amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Airport & Location Pick-Up / Drop-Off FeeFJ$25
A FJ$25 fee applies per pick-up or drop-off service at selected locations.
- Applicable locations: Nadi International Airport, Port Denarau, and selected Airbnb / private accommodation locations.
- The fee is charged per service (i.e. per pick-up or per drop-off).
Credit Card Bank Fee5%
A 5% bank processing fee applies to payments made by credit card. This fee does not apply for cash payments.
- If payment is made in cash at the time of hire, the 5% fee will not apply.
Customer Responsibility
The renter is responsible for the following obligations during the hire period.
- Providing a valid driver's licence and required identification.
- Using the vehicle responsibly and in accordance with Fiji road laws.
- Returning the vehicle at the agreed date and time.
- Returning the vehicle in substantially the same condition as received, subject to normal wear and tear.
- Paying any applicable rental, excess, cleaning, airport/location, bank or other agreed charges.
- Immediately notifying PVV Rentals of any accident, damage, breakdown, theft or other incident involving the vehicle.

No-Show Policy
Any confirmed booking where the guest fails to arrive or travel will be charged at the applicable contracted transfer rate. PVV Tours allocates a driver, vehicle, fuel and, where applicable, parking arrangements for every confirmed booking. These costs are incurred regardless of whether the guest travels.
To avoid unnecessary charges, please provide accurate flight numbers, arrival times, and any schedule changes as soon as possible.
